TM series Inline density sensor is specifically designed for drilling mud density measurement for the mud logging system. The basic working principle is based on differential pressure and data-processing. The TM density sensor adopts 2 advanced differential pressure sensors and a 2-wire intelligent transmitter. According to the data processing, the density sensor is capable of measuring liquid density or specific gravity.

 

The whole unit is compactly designed for the consideration on harsh environment. This density sensor is convenient in installation. Typical application fields for drilling mud has covered "mud pit", "possum belly", etc., where the density sensors had been widely serving various type of drilling mud (e.g. water-base mud, oil base mud, cement slurry, etc.).
